Despite the December 2, 2003 shutdown of the MP3.com web site, MP3.com, Inc. has continued to operate the truSONIC Business Music Service (www.trusonic.com).

Beginning December 19, 2003, however, the truSONIC Business Music Service will be operated by a new company, which will continue to strongly value the music of independent artists.

There is no charge to continue participating in the truSONIC Music Program, and they pay royalties to qualifying artists when their music is performed in connection with the truSONIC Business Music Service.
